You need to see a Urologist who may do tests like a biopsy or/cysto-urethroscopy for diagnosis to get to the root of the problem and then Treatment. Good luck

Doctor Suggested applying a antifungal cream and then a antibacterial on top of each other to treat balanitis? Is it safe to put them both on at once? The fugal is Lotrimin and the bacterial Im not sure about. Will this cause long term penis damage?
