Urine or urine swab is not appropriate for HPV testing. The only HPV testing that normally is recommended is from the cervix in combination with (or in place of) a Pap smear. Current guidelines in the US advise no pap (or HPV test) before age 21. If you're having no symptoms, no need to test now. If sexually active, you may have HPV, but this is normal and usually harmless. Get vaccinated!
