I have constant headache for past 10 yrs and it never stopped for even a second. the level of pain is too much?

Constant headache for 10 years is rather long and needs to be assessed and investigated by experts from the Eye Specialist (Ophthalmologist) to the ENT consults and Neurologist. These are years of critical Development and Education for ones future. Starting with the PCP, one should get to the root cause.

You describe ongoing headaches since age 9, and ? intense, but don't disclose if a physician has ever been involved. Would label pattern as chronic daily headaches, and generically would likely consider BOTOX to attempt prevention. But you really need to see a neurologist, and get more fully evaluated.
