This is usually not a symptom of food intolerance or sensitivity. Heart rate increases following a meal is usually due to a change in circulation of blood as the circulation is diverted into the blood vessels of the intestinal tract as digestion occurs. The heart works somewhat harder. Blood pressure may also rise. Your faster heart rate at this time shouldn't exceed 90-100 in my opinion though.
