Been having pain off and on around my inguinal lymph node for about a week on my left side. it has been more constant yesterday into this morning and woke me out out of dead sleep. not swollen or red in that area in any way. what could this be?

Is there a lymph node felt there? Is there possibility of STD? Are you constipated? It could be referred pain from the abdomen. If you have fever you may want to get evaluated by a physician. Try also to relieve constipation if possible before being concerned too much about it.
