Painless lump behind ear, less than 1cm large.appeared on the day i last got my period.it has been there for almost 4 weeks, size has not changed.blood test results came back normal. what could it be, should it be cause of concern?

It is probably a lymph node. You could watch and wait. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
