Only your Urologist and/or Oncologist can answer this. Please discuss. Ask how aggressive do they think you tumor is? Did it pop up while you were on it? Do tests suggest it is testosterone dependent? Good luck. Complex issues.

If you are diagnosed with prostate cancer, dutasteride should be discontinued and you need treatment for prostate cancer. Please see your urologist.
