Man boobs,low libido: Dutasteride blocks conversion of testosterone to dht; this causes prostate shrinking and prevents baldness. It also raises estrogen which, in 8% of men can lower libido and in 1% of men cause breast enlargement. Get your testosterone, psa and Estradiol levels checked prior to starting therapy.
