Not normal. The most common cause of metallic taste in mouth I have seen in over 50 years is low blood/body K due to Primary Aldosteronism. But usually also have highish to very high BP. Also low K will cause fatigue and exhaustion. Review with your team. And be certain they follow guidelines to get accurate blood K when the draw blood.
