Dehydration: Your daughter may have Infectious Mononucleosis. Need to have a Monospot blood test done. A CBC will show atypical lymphocytes also. Sice this is viral supportive treatment is advised. Rest, no contact sports, no roughhousing and plenty of hydration with electrolytes. Vitamins may be helpful for liver support. She needs a through exam and specific labs to diagnosis this.
