A member asked:

I have a lady friend that has oral hepatitis, she also has hpv and her doctor says it isn't serious and common. but is it something i should be deeply concerned about if i were to get those things she has? will it affect my life long term? i'm 34?

Do you mean oral herpes? If so, that is not a serious issue. For preventing HPV, you should get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

hepatitis is an infection of the liver and can be treated. Hpv is commonly acquired but there are vaccines for that. I would suggest you see an infectious disease MD for proper guidance. Good luck
