Recent bonding?: If it was recently done, then you need to see your dentist to adjust your bite so that your teeth touch evenly. If your bite changed due to a position change in the tooth, you may need root canal treatment or have periodontal disease which may be causing your teeth to move and change position. See your dentist for a thorough evaluation.

Occlus. Adjustment: Sounds like, possibly, after you had your bonding done, your bite changed, and you may need an occlusal or bite adjustment...Check with your dentist, sometimes when you're numb versus later, you bite differently, too.

Bonding high: All of your teeth fit together like gears. If one of the teeth are high of hit first when you bite that can make the tooth hurt. It can lead to TMJ problems and even lead to unnecessary treatments. Have any recent work evaluated so that your teeth come together all at once.

Check bite: It sounds like you have developed a bite interference on that tooth. There are many potential causes... Have your dentist check your bite to determine what the cause may be... One conservative possible treatment could be bite equilibration... If the condition continues too long, abscess or fractured tooth are possible consequences...
