The episode may not be a fainting episode. Usually with a brief fainting episode there is no change in lip color. A seizure is about possible cause. Please see acute care, Emergency room. Notify your Pediatrician. Monitor breathing and temperature Keep her well hydrated. A COVID-19 test is recommended. Please provide additional details.

Cannot be precise, but she either suffered a syncopal (fainting) episode or indeed a seizure, and depending upon posture at time (if not rapidly supine), this could have been a mixture of both. Since there are atypical features, would strongly urge contacting her pediatrician. If this is a repetitive event, she will require further evaluation and testing.
