Since you all are already infected, contact with each other will not make you worse. Per CDC guidelines, if you are at least 5 days from the onset of symptoms and are now symptom free, you may return to work but wearing a mask is still recommended for another 5 days. If you wish to reassure yourself further and you can find a test, do a home COVID quick test before returning to work.

The employer may have a test negative and return policy. A test 10 days after the first positive is recommended. You may have closer contact, if the members are test positive at around the same time. Rest, drink fluids and home isolation for all members is advised. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, and report sudden changes to your physician.
