Probably no issue with the allopurinol. But check the ingredients of the alka seltzer and the "cold medicine" product to make sure you aren't getting too much of one ingredient or another. Also, seeing your age: if you have high blood pressure, make sure you're not taking there's no problem with a cold medicine ingredient, some of which can significantly raise blood pressure.
