A member asked:

As a mean of pregnancy protection me and my husband rely on condoms and we have never had intercourse without condom since we had a second child in 2018. is it healthy for women to only have intercourse with condom in years and never without it?

As long as you use those you have no allergic response to there is no reason not to use condoms this way. Properly fitted & used condoms have a good success rate preventing pregnancy.

There is no harm in using condoms for year or decades on end. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
