Epididymitis doesn't cause such a symptom. You clearly have something else in addition to (or instead of) epididymitis. See the several other replies to your previous questions. There is no point in continuing to ask on this forum. Good luck.

I have pain in the bladder. and the testicles do not hurt but when I hit them they hurt slightly. and the epididymis is sometimes hard and sore while other times it is normal what can it be? chronic epididymitis?
