The chance of false negative test, i.e. you have disease but the test is negative, is 1 out of 12 for doing one time, 1 out of 144 when the test is negative for 2 times (almost 0.5%). If you do one more time and it is still negative, the false negative chance will be 1 out of 1,728. It has been almost 2 years since the possible exposure and if you have no symptoms, I think you should be fine.

It is unlikely that you have HIV. To be sure, you may get a 4th gen HIV test. It would be prudent to see your doctor to be tested for other STDs. Get HPV vaccine.
