From 2 days i noticed small bump near anal region i didn't see any redness on it looks like skin colour it hurts when touched?

It could be an external hemorrhoid or infected ingrown hair. At this tike I would apply hot (not too hot) moist compresses on & off. Pat dry and apply an antibacterial ointment. See an MD if the swelling and/or tenderness doesn't resolve.
