We'll see: If you get monthly, predictable periods, preceded by PMS symptoms (breast tenderness, moodiness, bloating), then you're probably ovulating regularly. Lack of ovulation is one possible cause of infertility. When you're ready, start trying and if no conception in 6-12 months, see your doctor.
