If i was sick 2 weeks ago & had a negative pcr covid test, but my husband got sick & tested positive for covid this past week, how likely is it that my test was actually a false negative?

There is a good possibility it was false negative -that is why they recommend testing for COVID 5 days after contact ( how many days into your illness did you get tested??) . You could test again or test to see if you have antibodies which (CVS charges $38.00) may resolve the question somewhat.
