These are all symptoms of dehydration. It may be that you are not drinking enough non caffeinated fluids daily (a woman your age should be drinking 2.5 liters of water daily), or that exercise or environmental water loss is exceeding your intake. Rehydrate yourself by drinking 6 ounces every 30 minutes for the next 6 hours. Then drink 84 ounces daily for a week. You should see symptoms resolve.
