I have neuralgia in left face(from below ear jaw zygomatic and temple). it started after sleep. it's not trigeminal. i feel hot when i touch it and pain all the time. how it goes away?

Unlikely "it goes away" spontaneously. See a dentist, check for jaw and/ or dental problems. Consider left sided sinus issues, especially an infection. See a neurologist if no answer as recommended.
