Having taken paxil 30 mg for 20 years and replaced by cypralex 20 mg now for 4 months, is paxil is difficult to wean, i feel gastric discomfort and anxiety and especially insomnia. i don't know if it's menopause too, no menstruation since 1 year..?

You probably have adverse effects of Cypralex, not the withdrawal symptoms of Paxil. Post menopausal syndrome should less likely got worse after a year.
