I had pain under the left shoulder blade imtermittently.now when i got covid it is very annoying(it happens when sleeping on my back or on my left side), when sleeping on my right shoulder or standing no pain.can it be organ related or muscoskeletal?

It is most likely to be musculoskeletal,if there are no other symptoms. A heating pad and ibuprofen may provide relief. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, prolonged fatigue and cough. Please follow up with your physician.
