Theres people from school not wearing masks correctly, some are coughing when people pass by. if im wearing surgical mask tightly, but some other people werent wearing correctly (not so close to me); not sure if they have covid. whats the chances?

If you are vaccinated and boosted you have little risk from the circumstances you mentioned. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
