Urinary frequency and polydipsia (drinking too much) with dizziness could be signs of diabetes insipidus or diabetes mellitus if symptoms last for a long ti. A family history of diabetes is a risk factor. Urinary frequency by itself could be from a urinary tract infection, overactive bladder, caffeine use, etc. A medical provider should take your history and do a physical with blood/urine tests
