May B from insect: Bite/sting but should see fp/ent to make certain cartilage in ear isn't infected or that swelling & pain not due to other problem (like injury that can cause cauliflower ear).

It is possible : You may have a pustular rash, reacting from an insect bite causing it to be sore and swollen. If it is minor, you can apply topical antibiotic ointment and take some Motrin for pain. If big, you need oral antibiotics. Go see your doctor.

Infection??: It is either infected or irritated. You don't say if it hurts or not. Since it is the second occurrence in a short time it would best to have it looked at by the dr while it is still draining
