I keep getting pain from my elbow to my middle finger. happens on both sides but only side at a time. the pain is like arthritis pain but it comes and goes every 30 seconds. and it happens mostly at night. what could be going on?

You have not had arthritis so you really dont know what that pain is. If it was something serious you would not just have it mostly at night. I would suggest a thoro exam by a neurologist if it persists
