Is calcium score test reliable? my stress test normal. no symptoms, should i get cac test done?

I think a CAC score of zero is very helpful in ruling out significant coronary artery disease currently or for several years or so in the future.in patients who are at low risk for coronary artery disease to begin with. In my view,patients with very suspicious symptoms should proceed to stress testing or cardiac cath angiography regardless of CAC score.
