I am a 35-year-old female. i have been having breast pain on outer and upper quadrant of my left breast (sometimes behind nipple). upper muscles are tight. dr felt my breasts and did not feel anything but said i have more volume in left breast?

Your next step is a mammogram. Schedule one based on your Dr's advice and they can visualize the area to make sure there is nothing abnormal present. If they do detect something, they may proceed to do an ultrasound and biopsy. Most biopsies come back negative or benign.
