SEE YOUR DOCTOR: Doubt that it is cardiac pain. There are a lot of structures in the chest. You might have asthma or esophageal reflux or musculo-skeletal pain. You might have some other pulmonary condition. These symptoms are relatively nonspecific and need to be evaluated by a doctor. Anxiety-depression syndromes may contribute to the discomfort.
