How longs anxiety/stress pressure last in the chest? my chest feels dull and heavy?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

It all has to do with the reason for the symptoms. While anxiety is always part of it, medical causes have to be ruled out due to life threatening potential if ignored. Many times the reasons are benign, musculoskeletal. Anxiety has to be addressed also, if a somatic cause found that will help relieve anxiety as well.
