Bladder pain comes from the bladder and pelvic area pain from the pelvic muscles. and they can exist together. The diagnosis is made by a good history and physical exam by a Uro/or Gyn. Inflammatory markers are non-specific and raised in any infl. condition.

I have bladder pain when I bend over or stretch. I have no problems urinating. I did a prostate cyst ultrasound and it showed nothing. the only one there is is increased crp .so I will tell the urologist to look at the pelvic floor muscle?
I urinate for 3-5 seconds, I cant empty my bladder. After urination if I contract my pelvic floor muscle a short burst of urine comes out.
