I've had suspected strep throat with yellow on tonsils my throat no longer hurts day 8 of taking antibiotics but tonsils look inflamed and i can see yellow on them again? is this food or?

You need to take antibiotic for at least two more days. You may re-evaluate the situation then. If there is still pus on the tonsils you will need to consult your doctor for a different antibiotic. Wish you good health!
