I have upper middle.stomach pain for 3 days with diarrhea. pain varies in intensity. bloated with some gas. take omeprazole for acid reflux. stomach feels acidy? any ideas?

Those are not symptoms of high acid related stomach problem. All the symptoms are consistent with infectious gastroenteritis, commonly caused by a virus, less likely bacterial infection unless you were recently back from a underdeveloped country. This condition is usually self limited, the symptoms should resolved in 5 days.
