All of your body is covered in bacteria, but the area under the foreskin often has a higher bacterial population because it is a warm, damp, closed area. Soap and water work as well as anything to keep that area clean.

bacteria are present all over our bodies normally. It is the harmful kind which cause disease. Rtract your foreskin then clean the skin and glans with mild soap and water. dry. Pull foreskin back on glans.
