Is mucoid plaque real? i read a lot of doctors saying its not real. 3 days of metamucil and passing loads of what some are calling mucoid plaque. if its not real, whats coming out of me?

I think what you call "mucoid plaque" is in fact created by the mixing of psyllium (main ingredient of metanucil) with water in the GI tract which will help the bowel movement.
