Its been a week since i recovered from covid. today im suddenly having back pain. its very mild pain from the side of my abdomen (on the right) to the back. can i have organ issues post covid? inflamed kidneys?

Inflamed kidney would give you fever and chills. It sounds lke musular pain. Try a heating pad 3x a day for a few days If not better see your MD. Hope you feel better

Could be simple Muscle Strain but because Post Covid Syndrome can be varied, and now having right upper abdominal pain with possible radiation to the back, the Liver, Gallbladder and Right Kidney are potential organs of concern. A visit to the PCP for examination, labs and possible imaging might be helpful.
