Yes! As long as it has always been that way and nothing seems out of sorts, that is probably just how you are built. Of course if there has been a change, or if there is pain or a rash, that is worth checking out. But if you just worry that you are not built right because your labia is not all that sensitive to touch, don't worry! That is normal for you.
