No: Not sure if you are sure what the labia is, but as a 24yo female, having labia would be part of your normal genital anatomy. Have a gyn dr. Give you an evaluation and discuss your examination with you to assure all your questions are answered. There are also anatomy books you could look at to view normal female genitalia, and compare that you have similar findings. Best wishes.
