How do you treat cheyletellia in humans?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cheyletiella is usually a veterinary problem -- if you have a pet with "walking dandruff", see your veterinarian for treatment. Human cases are unusual. Selamectin (brand name Revolution), a cream applied to the skin, is effective in treating Cheyletiella. Milbemycin (brand name Interceptor) is an oral medicine that has been used in cats, but I don't think is approved for human use.
