Skin different tone to rest of skin after cryotherapy. will this skin eventually blend in to rest of skin and how long would this take? is there any way to speed up process if possible?

It's not unusual for cryo'd skin to be darker or lighter after treatment. It will go back to normal, but will take some time. If it is darker than normal, several lightening creams are available over-the-counter if you want to speed up the process. If it is lighter than normal, there is not much you can do to speed it up.
