Test your sugar as recommended by your team. Be certain your home device is accurate and you are doing it exactly as instructed. I recommend the DASH eating plan. But your Drs know you. I do not.

In my opinion gestational diabetes is a different animal from non pregnancy diabetes&as been recommended, should be a team approach in management. In addition to your obstetrician, it should include an endocrinologist and a registered dietician or nutritionist for best care. My feeling is to test before meals and bedtime but would defer to the endocrinologist&be instructed in desired blood levels
