If i lost my previous pregnancy, am i more likely to lose my current pregnancy?

Yes: The general risk of miscarriage is about 10-15%. After one miscarriage the risk of a second increases slightly to 15-20%. After 2 or 3 miscarriages, the risk increases to 25% and 30% respectively. But keep in mind, while these risks increase, there is still more than a 60-70% chance of a successful pregnancy in all of these scenarios.

Depends: If you have had only one miscarriage then no but if you have already had 2 or 3 or more miscarriages yes.
