All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual result. The foods you mentioned are unlikely to help, but not hurt either. Avoid acetaminophen and alcohol. Wish you good health!

Those foods do not cure liver disease if you really have one. High ALT is a common lab test finding but a persistently high ALT, especially if worsened by times, needs to be investigated. Remember, high ALT alone is not pathognomonic for liver disease.
