Hi! my friend is feeling very weak since this morning, not waking up from the bed.. temperature is around 38-38.5c. no visible symptoms. no cold, no runny nose, no sweat. had a headache but after taking theraflu it receded. can you advise anything?

Very low grade fever,headache,weakness are nonspecific, but commonly are early symptoms of a viral illness. At this time, resting,drinking lots if fluids,Tylenol as needed are all you can do. Symptoms may localize to sore throat,runny nose,etc or to nausea & diarrhea. Do a rapid at home test for covid if there's been recent exposure.
