Headaches : A young lady is much more likely to have these symptoms with COVID 19 than the classic symptoms you read about. Keep isolate and get tested. See a doctor via telemedicine

Symptoms: Could be COVID 19. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
