I was diagnosed with crest syndrome. i have a parasite infection for2 years and it has not been diagnosed. my lab results are out of range. can this type of infection mimic other diseases?

What parasite? If you have not travelled to a poor country, it is highly unlikely that you have a parasite infection. It would help if you were to list your symptoms. The doctor who diagnosed you with CREST syndrome would be better equipped to handle your health issue. Wish you good health!
