Sexually active. noticed a growth on the right side under clitoral hood but there's no weird odor /itching/pain or bleeding. went to clinic and they just said it's a growth and didn't explain further or suggest how to get rid of it. please help?

See a gynecologist and he should be able to remove it for you. It is probably a simple growth and should not recur. Good Luck
